I got this for my dad, and he is hard to shop for. He is a smoker and has recently got into making his room smell less offensive and more fragrant. Unlike me, he is a very macho, masculine guy so things like poupourri and a febreeze scent stories/candles were out! He loved this discreet way to make his room smell nice, and I got him the Claire Burke original simmering oil and he LOVES it. You can use those tea candles which are like 3 bucks for 500 or any other short candle you have around. This oil burner is VERY effective so keep an eye on it because if you fill the top with oil and let it ALL burn into the air, it will be so strong you will have to open a window. A great find! Im so mad its only 3 dollars now bcause I bought it for like 15 dollars!!
